Q. When, and where do these courses take place?

 

A. All of our courses are are online, meaning that you are able to watch them whenever and wherever suits you best. There is no beginning or finish date and they’re completely self-paced so that you can stop, start and pause each lesson to fit around your own schedule. You can begin watching a course as soon as you purchase it, or wait until you have a quiet moment to yourself.

 

Q. Can I rewatch the lessons?

 

A. Yes! You can rewatch each lesson as many times as you’d like. Once you purchase a course you will have lifetime access to it, so you’ll be able to rewatch and dip in and out of each lesson – perfect if you have a busy schedule!

 

Q. How much is this course in dollars?

 

A. Each of our courses cost £127. The conversion to dollars depends on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. For example, if the exchange rate today was 1.33 then the chosen course would cost $168.64. Please get in touch with our customer service team at [email protected] for more information on this.

 

Q. Can I download this course?

 

A. Currently, users are only able to download our courses using an iPhone. Users are not able to download a course on Android devices. To download your course, go to the Apple app store and download the Teachable app. You can log in to the Teachable app using your existing Create Academy email and password, this will then give you access to your course and the option to download each lesson to watch offline.

 

Q. Can I take the course if I don’t live in the UK?

 

A. Yes – all our courses are available internationally. Please note, all our courses are in English.

 

Q. I have been given a course as a gift. How do I access it?

 

A. If you have been gifted a course then you would have also received a long code such as “123ABCD12E12F1GH1IJK1234LM1NOP”. To access your gifted course, go to www.createacademy.com and select the course you have been gifted. Click the ‘order course’ button, and use your long code in the promo code section on the checkout. This will then allow you to purchase the course for free. As soon as you’ve completed this stage you’ll then have immediate access to watch the course. Do this by logging into your account via the top right-hand corner of our website.

 

 

Purchasing and payment issues

 

 

Q. How do I use my discount code on the checkout?

 

A. At the top of the checkout, underneath the course image there is an orange box which says ‘Add Coupon Code’. Paste your code into this section and then click ‘Apply’.

 

Q. How do I remove my payment details from your site?

 

A. To remove card details used when purchasing a course, log in to your course profile at https://courses.createacademy.com/ and click the top right-hand icon. From there, select ‘Add/ Change Credit Card’.

 

Q. How do I get a VAT receipt for my payment?

 

A. Please contact us at [email protected] for a VAT receipt.

 

 

 

Login, email address and password issues

 

 

Q. How do I login and watch my course?

 

A. Go to www.createacademy.com and click ‘Login’ at the top right-hand corner of the page. Enter your email address and password created when you purchased the course.

 

Q. I’ve forgotten my email address.

 

A. No problem. Please contact us at [email protected] and we can let you know what email address you created your account with.

 

Q. I’ve forgotten my password.

 

A. If you have forgotten your password, but can remember your email address, then click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link at the bottom of the login page. This will send instructions to your email account to reset your password. If you cannot remember either password or email address then please contact us at [email protected] so we can help find your details.

 

Q. My email and password aren’t recognised.

 

A. Sometimes this is down to a browser issue. Please try logging in again on an incognito page in your browser. Depending on what browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc.) this may be called either a ‘private window’ or ‘incognito window’.

If this doesn’t work, please trying clearing your browser cache. You can follow this guide to help you clear your cache.

 

Q. I would like to change my email address. 

 

A. Login to your course profile at https://courses.createacademy.com/ and click the top right-hand icon. From there, select ‘Edit Profile’ and then select ‘edit profile’ again highlighted in orange. This will give you the option to change your email address.

 

Q. I have signed-up with the wrong email address. Now I can’t login to watch the course!

 

If you don’t have access to the email address you purchased the course with then please contact us at [email protected] and we can reset your email address to give you access.

 

Q. I would like to change my password. 

 

A. Login to your course profile at https://courses.createacademy.com/ and click the top right-hand icon. From there, select ‘Edit Profile’ and then select ‘edit profile’ again highlighted in orange. This will give you the option to change your password.

 

Q. I would like to change my course notifications. 

 

A. Login to your course profile at https://courses.createacademy.com/ and click the top right-hand icon. From there, select ‘Edit Profile’ and then select ‘edit profile’ again highlighted in orange. This will give you the option to be notified to receive instructional and promotional emails from Create Academy.

 

 

Technical issues whilst watching your course

 

 

Q. I’m having trouble viewing the course videos on my iPad. 

 

A. If you are having an issue viewing the course on an iPad because the sections panel covers the video then please try double clicking/tapping on the video to enlarge it. Please also try unlocking your screen rotation and turning the iPad to landscape mode. If this doesn’t solve the issue then please contact us at [email protected]

 

 

Refunds

 

 

Q. I would like a refund for the course.

 

A. We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your course. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a refund. Please note, we will need to ask a series of questions to understand why you did not enjoy the course before processing your refund.
