The Land Gardeners

Henrietta Courtauld and Bridget Elworthy founded The Land Gardeners in 2012, working as garden designers, cut-flower growers and compost-makers united by a passion for soil health. They restore historic gardens and supply leading florists, and recently launched Climate Compost — a microbially rich compost born from years of research into soil biology and biodiversity.

Award-winning garden designers and cut flower growers on a mission to save our soil.

Course

A Year of Cut Flowers

Discover how to grow year-round flowers with top gardeners and designers Henrietta Courtauld and Bridget Elworthy of The Land Gardeners. From their flower farm in France, their London studio and a selection of their favourite gardens, Henrietta and Bridget will teach you step-by-step how they grow, gather and prepare their favourite flowers across the seasons. In this course you will learn how to design a cut flower garden from scratch, how to plan for floral and foliage abundance throughout the year, how to collect and store seed and how best to prepare your flowers and bulbs for life in the vase.
