All of our courses are online, meaning that you are able to watch them whenever and wherever suits you best. There is no beginning or finish date and they’re completely self-paced so that you can stop, start and pause each lesson to fit around your own schedule. You can begin watching a course as soon as you purchase it – simply login to your Create Academy account whenever you have a quiet moment to yourself.

Yes! You can rewatch each lesson as many times as you’d like. If you have purchased an individual course, you will have lifetime access to it, so you’ll be able to rewatch and dip in and out of each lesson forever - perfect if you have a busy schedule! If you purchased an annual subscription, you can enjoy full access to all of our lessons until you choose to cancel.

Below each video lesson you’ll find the link to download the corresponding workbook pages. If you’d like to download the whole workbook at once, simply navigate to the very first lesson in the course and click 'Download Workbook'.

We do not currently provide certificates for our courses.

Your subscription comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, so within 30 days of purchase you can cancel and get a refund by simply emailing info@createacademy.com. Similarly, if you would like to cancel so your subscription doesn't automatically renew after 12 months, please email info@createacademy.com at any time.

To redeem your gifted course, simply select the course you’d like to take then enter the code from your voucher at the checkout. If you are having trouble finding a recent gift voucher purchase, please confirm the order details with the gifter and check your spam inbox. If you need further support contact us at info@createacademy.com.

Once you are on the checkout page, you’ll see a box which says ‘Enter discount code’. Paste your code into this box and click ‘Apply’. If your code is valid you’ll see a green message saying ‘Discount code applied’, and you’ll see the discount applied to your total. If you need to add a discount code and a gift voucher redemption code, you can simply add this in the adjacent section.

Card details can be updated from the billing section of your Create Academy profile which can be found here. Please be aware Create Academy does not directly handle or manage customers card details.

Go to our ‘Log In’ page and enter the email address and password created when you purchased the course. Once logged in, you will see your purchased courses.

We’re sorry to hear your course didn’t meet your expectations. Please send an email to info@createacademy.com with your refund request, and we’ll get back to you within two working days. Please note that all refund requests must be sent within 30 day of purchase.
