How to Grow Exceptional Produce

Discover how to grow your own exceptional produce and become semi-self sufficient with the UK's most celebrated grower of fruits and vegetables, Jane Scotter. From Fern Verrow, her 16-acre biodynamic farm in Herefordshire, Jane will guide you step-by-step through her growing year, teaching you about the core principles of organics and biodynamics, and showing you how to plan your plot - no matter the size - to meet the needs of your family. You will learn how to prepare, nourish and garden the land according to the seasonal calendar and cycles of the planetary system, how to approach growing different plant groups, how to structure the care and maintenance of your crops, as well as how to harvest and store your produce to provide you with an abundance of homegrown food throughout the year.
