Thomasina Miers
Thomasina 'Tommi' Miers OBE won the inaugural BBC MasterChef before working at Michelin-starred Petersham Nurseries Café and going on to co-found Wahaca. She has written seven cookbooks, writes a longstanding column in The Guardian on seasonal cooking, and is an ambassador for the Soil Association and trustee of Chefs in Schools — recognised with an OBE in 2019 for services to food.
