There’s something magical about growing your own food. It slows us down, reconnects us and allows us to learn from nature. Organic grower Claire Ratinon has spent years proving that you don’t need lots of space to feed yourself. In this course, she’ll show you how to turn whatever space you have, be it a balcony, a backyard, or a windowsill, into a thriving food garden. From planning your crops to harvesting what you’ve grown, Claire will teach you how to work with nature, producing food that tastes better, feels better, and does better for the planet. Once you’ve eaten something you’ve grown yourself, you’ll never look at food the same way again.

Most of my food growing has taken place in city settings, so I’m passionate about helping people grow food in small spaces. Whether that’s in containers on a paved area or in a few raised beds.
