Equipment
- My lampshade kit in Wave Pink or Wiggle Blue. Alternatively, you can buy individual pieces.
- 25cm Circular Lampshade Ringset
- Self-adhesive lampshade panel size 801mm x 238mm
- Lampshade
- Sticky tape
- Pot of bespoke eco-fabric ink
- Lino block mounted on plywood
- Stippler
- Lino cutting toolset
Lesson Summary
- A lampshade is a brilliant way of bringing colour and pattern into your home.
- I use Permaset Aqua Fabric & Textile Screen Printing Ink in Scarlet.
- For a skirt lampshade hem, the top and bottom of a block printed piece of fabric.
- Printing paper can be used to make lovely lampshades.
- I suggest taping the panel to the table with masking tape.
- Consider the size of your work and how it will fit on the panel.
