Lesson Summary
- You should have a very simple list when you're done.
- It's not got to look pretty, it's more about the communication of words.
- After you've made your list come together with the other stakeholders in your home project and make a combined list.
- Whatever stage you are at the roadmap is useful.
Three Colours
- It's best to be specific when choosing colours.
- In the case of Perry Rise, 2LG decided to use Pepto-Bismol pink, Yves Klein blue and Malachite green.
- Specificity reduces an ambiguity there might be.

Materials
- Brushed metal is used as they wanted a metallic feel that was also calming. The brushed nature allowed for this.
- Washed oak has a grounding factor when you are using bright colours. It also gives you a natural feel and a connection to something real.
- Velvet was chosen as Jordan loves it.
