Your home is the museum of your life. In this lesson, 2LG teaches you to create a space that strengthens your everyday experience of life.

Filling Your Home

• Try to attach a story to each item in your home.
• Don't surround yourself with things that just add to the weight of your life.
• Surround yourself with things that are truly important and mean something to you.
• How you curate and collect the artwork in your home is important.
• They like to spend time at the end of a project with some of the art pieces, working them into the scheme, working through the spaces, seeing where it looks best.
• The way you frame your art is crucial and can change the way it feels.
• A modern piece of art framed traditionally is a nice contrast.
• A local framer will provide you with any help you may need.
• Artwork can look great, set against a coloured wall.
• Don't be afraid to make a statement with your artwork. It should be something you love and not for anyone else.
• Leave space for you to grow into within your scheme.

Shop Locally

• Shopping locally is a fantastic way to help local shops.
• It's ok to enjoy the experience of shopping.
