This is a vital stage, as it is all about translating your ideas into very detailed technical representations that can be used by contractors to bring your exact vision to life.
Technical Drawings
In order for your contractors to have all the information they need, it is essential to draw up technical plans for them to follow which will include exact measurements and positionings. These are crucial for the following.
- Kitchen design
- Any joinery or cabinetry
- Electrical plan
- Lighting plan
Detail is incredibly important, so take the time to make sure you have captured absolutely everything. These technical drawings should be easy to read and accurate.
Decisions Are Final at This Stage
You should be certain that your clients are happy with each element, as it is from this point that changes are much harder to make.
