Introduction to the Sims Hilditch Studio
Welcome to the White Hart, the home of the Sims Hilditch Design Studio. Located in the Cotswolds, we purchased the property in 2013, and it has become the heart of everything we do. It embodies our design ethos perfectly and is a great place to meet with clients.
Sims Hilditch studio
Having this designated design studio is an integral to the way we have decided to structure our business. We made the conscious decision to amalgamate every element of our studio under one roof, which I believe enables us to offer a really incredible service to our clients.
Every element of our business takes place here, from design work to operations, procurement to project management, and marketing to finance.
Filling your skill gaps
As a business grows, it's crucial to hire a strong team, especially in the areas that aren't your expertise.
In my personal experience, the creative parts of the business came naturally to me, but I identified early on that I needed help with technical drawings and finance.
The four pillars
At Sims Hilditch, we have four pillars within our organisational chart. These are:
- design
- operations
- marketing
- finance.
