All that's left is to finish covering the back, and then you're ready to enjoy your completed headboard!
- Cut the template fabric along the other edge of your wooden frame so that the split batten is now accessible and repeat the process of folding under the edges and securing with permanent staples.
- Your headboard is now complete and ready to be hung on the wall.

Micaela Sharp is a professional upholsterer, interior designer and broadcaster who champions the art of reupholstery and its ability to breathe new life into pre-loved furniture.
